Frequently Asked Questions

1. How often should I have my vinyl floors professionally cleaned?

It depends on how much foot traffic your floor receives, but generally we recommend a professional deep clean every 12–18 months. Regular professional cleaning not only keeps your vinyl looking its best but also helps extend its lifespan and maintain its protective finish.

2. Can you restore the shine or finish on my vinyl floors?

Yes. After deep cleaning and drying your floor, we can apply a protective dressing that enhances the colour, reduces scuffs, and leaves a stunning gloss or matte finish depending on your preference. This also makes future maintenance easier and helps guard against everyday wear.

3. Is your vinyl floor cleaning process safe for my home and family?

Absolutely. We only use eco-friendly, non-toxic, and pet-safe products. Our cleaning process is low-moisture, fast-drying, and completely free from harsh chemicals, making it safe for children, pets, and allergy-prone households.
