How long after cleaning can you walk on the floor?
Our cleaning process uses minimal water, we then extract dirt solution into our water tanks followed by power drying the floor, so it will be fully dry before we leave ready for you to walk on.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, we can do all the heavy lifting for you. We just ask that you get the areas as fully prepared as possible ready for our arrival.
Does my floor need to be sealed?
This depends on your floor type. Porous surfaces such as marble, limestone and travertine should always be sealed to help protect them and make on-going maintenance easier. Cement based grout can also be sealed to help stop water/oil-based stains. During our initial floor assessment, we will run multiple tests on your floor to determine whether your floor needs sealing.
